  • Yudita is a character. The Le Visage team edits your video.
  • We never share your files or details unless you agree.
  • You pay in two halves: the first before we start, the second before the clean video.

1Who You Deal With

Yudita is a fictional character used in an advertising campaign by Le Visage, a brand of Cecilia Africa Ltd. Cecilia Africa Ltd is the registered company and the holder of the Le Visage trademark, and it is the business you make this agreement with.

No person named Yudita will edit your video or contact you. Everything you send through yudita.rw, WhatsApp or email is handled by the Le Visage team.

Registered details: Cecilia Africa Ltd, company code and address to confirm.

2What We Do

You send us video files you filmed. We check that they can be edited (for example, the voice is clear and there is enough usable footage). If they can, we tell you the price. If they can't, we tell you what to film again. You pay nothing until we confirm the price and you accept it.

3Price And Payment

Editing starts from RWF 20,000. The final price depends on the length and work involved, and we confirm it in writing on WhatsApp before you pay anything.

  • First half: paid through a one-time payment link before work starts. For a RWF 20,000 video, that is RWF 10,000.
  • Second half: paid through a second link when you are happy with the draft, before we deliver the clean video.

Payments are made by MTN MoMo or Airtel Money through our payment provider, pawaPay. We never see or ask for your PIN.

4Drafts And Watermark

Every draft and version we send carries a visible watermark until the final payment is received. Watermarked drafts are for your review only. Once the second half is paid, we deliver the final video without a watermark.

5Changes

The price includes 2 rounds of changes to the draft. Bigger changes, or new footage after work has started, may cost extra; we tell you the amount first.

6Refunds

Refund policy to confirm. Suggested: if we cannot deliver a first draft, the first half is refunded in full. Once a draft has been delivered, the first half is not refundable. The second half is only paid when you approve the draft, so it is never at risk.

7Your Videos

By sending a video you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that the people who appear in it agree to it being edited and published by you. You keep the rights to your footage. Once fully paid, the finished video is yours to use for your business, anywhere.

8Before And After Snippets

Le Visage may show short snippets of the before and after versions of videos it has worked on, to promote its own editing work. If you prefer that we don't use your video this way, tell us on WhatsApp or by email at any time before or after delivery and we won't.
